Welcome!
You may have found yourself here because:
You’re living with chronic pain, anxiety, minor to moderate depression, or other ongoing symptoms that continue to affect your daily life.
You’ve already seen a physician to address acute concerns and rule out issues that need medical attention.
You understand the basics of neuroplastic symptoms and want to explore the connection between fear, emotion, and your body.
You’re ready to begin a steady practice that helps you reconnect with yourself and your body in a deeper way.
You’ve done some mindbody work on your own, but now you’re craving more support, connection, and conversation.

About me
Support from someone who has lived this work.
I’m Justine, an occupational therapist focused on mindbody and neuroplastic symptoms. After walking myself through decades of chronic pain and unexplained symptoms, I now support others who are dedicated to their healing and curious about what may be possible for their lives. My approach is grounded in self-compassion, nervous system support, and deeper attention to the emotions, needs, and beliefs that shape our experience.
